Job Description
As a Counter-Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for assisting the USSOCOM staff to identify and assist in the development of prudent COAs in support of the mission!
What You Will Be Doing:
- Accurately and effectively communicating with USSOCOM customers.
- Recommending priorities, training members of the team, and employing technical knowledge for the long-term benefit to USSOCOM operations.

Required Skills
Must Have:
- MUST HAVE a Current and Active Top Secret SCI, as the customer is NOT sponsoring clearances.
- A minimum of ten years of experience performing counter-intelligence related operations while serving in a Joint Special Operations Task Force or Inter-agency Task Force, National Intelligence Support Team, National Military Joint CI Activity or Combatant Command, or a non-DoD equivalent IA operational community.
- Of the foregoing experience, no less than ten years of operational analysis experience in analytic field and five years of experience in a managerial level position in support of special operations and combat overseas tours with a SMU or SOF in an operational environment providing a direct analysis support function.
- Understanding of the F3EAD targeting methodology to include broad knowledge of additional intelligence disciplines and significant demonstratable experience in field capable of leading analytical efforts culminating in products.
- Advanced skill sets with the HUMINT Operations Cycle, CI Support to HUMINT operations, Asset Risk Assessment and Management System (ARMS), Operational Risk Management process, Pattern of Life analysis and one or more of the following areas: Human Factor Analysis, Human Terrain Analysis, SIGINT Targeting, Convergence Analysis, or Intelligence training.
