Position Overview
The Branch Operations Manager will provide essential administration and operations support for the region assigned. This role will serve as the primary point-of-contact for customer service and interdepartmental inquiries within the branch. The Branch Operations Manager will assist senior management in all areas throughout the branch. In this capacity, this role will prepare and reconcile management reports, maintain employee time sheets, vacation schedules, and perform other administrative functions as needed.

Job Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the branch operations, including compliance with established policies and procedures.
- Assist with compliance and licensing requirements, for both loan originators and branch.
- Manage both external and internal resources that support the business.
- Define, develop, and manage the end-to-end office processes and systems.
- Provide communications to vendors via various channels.
- Assist employees and management with new hire onboarding, payroll, time off requests, and terminations.
- Coordinate with corporate and external vendors to set up IT workstations, phones, and any outside repairs needed.
- Maintain recruiting levels and meet and/or exceed expectations.
- Establish and manage target accounts to meet operational goals and growth objectives.
- Establish and maintain recruiting relationships to ensure retention.
- Provide high quality service to all customers internally and externally.
- Audit current procedures to monitor efficiency of the office.
- Adhere to operating budget guidelines regarding all revenue and expenses to ensure profitability.
- Attend all branch/team meetings.
- Experience within Financial Services, preferable in the Mortgage industry.
- Minimum 7-10 years’ experience in an administrative or office management capacity in the mortgage industry, highly preferred.
- Basic Marketing and Lead management knowledge.
- Basic HR knowledge (screening resumes, setting up interviews, assist in onboarding).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Basic accounting and mathematical skills.
- Experience with office equipment (copiers / faxes / etc.).
- Excellent prioritization and time management skills.
Pay Range
- $100,000.00-130,000.00
- The posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.
