Automotive Field Recruiter

Crossroads Automotive Group is looking for a Automotive Field Recruiter to join our team!  If you have the experience and drive to work for one of the most respected auto groups in the Southeast this may be the right opportunity for you.  This is a hybrid position that travels to all of dealership locations and is a great opportunity to work within a very successful family owned dealership that cares about their employees!

The Field Recruiter will be responsible for:

• Establish and maintain talent acquisition and development partnerships with local high schools, colleges, and trade schools 
• Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
• Coordinating with managers and Human Resources  to identify staffing needs
• Work with Human Resources to devise and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines for potential applicants
• Assist with new employee onboarding and role development  
• Use various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates including job postings, social media platforms, networking events and job fairs
• Develop technician apprenticeship and training programs. Assist store Managers with implementation and tracking of technician progress.
