Specific Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries over the phone and in email.
- Work with customers in resolving complaints and problems.
- Keep up to date technical logs.
- Learn new areas of technology that our products are offered in.
- Handle overflow of internet orders as needed.
- Process mail orders as needed.
- Take incoming orders over the phone as needed.
- Returns processing.
- Cover reception area as needed.
- Perform related and/or special work as assigned.
Position Requirements:
- People oriented with excellent communication skills
- Customer service experience
- Computer skills
- Organized, self-motivated, and good time management skills

Salary:
$18-$21/hr. Competitive salary based on previous work experience, education, acquired skills, and established relationships. Salary commensurate with current standards for comparable positions and responsibilities within publishing and other leading not-for-profit ministries. Compensation reviewed and evaluated annually by the Executive Compensation Committee (ECC) of the Crossway Board of Directors.
