We are a mobile enrichment program that brings the excitement of martial arts and gymnastics to children aged 2 to 8. Our mission is to spark joy, build confidence, and encourage active lifestyles by delivering engaging classes at schools, daycares, libraries, and community centers throughout the territory.

No experience in martial arts or gymnastics? No worries! Our program is designed with beginners in mind, offering a fun and engaging curriculum tailored for our youngest students. We’re excited to provide you with all the training and support you need to succeed in this rewarding role!
Job Duties:
As an Instructor, your mission is to make every Crouching Tigers and Tumbling Tigers class the absolute highlight of each child’s week! In your energetic 30-45 minute sessions, you’ll inspire students to build confidence and achieve a sense of accomplishment, culminating in the thrilling opportunity to break boards and proudly showcase their newfound skills at the end of each unit.
Beyond leading these impactful classes, you’ll play a key role in fostering strong communication. This includes keeping parents informed about their child’s progress and maintaining a positive relationship with our clients—the dedicated staff at the locations where we teach.
To continually grow in your role, you’ll participate in quarterly in-person training sessions within your territory and annual training events at our headquarters in Indianapolis. These sessions, along with weekly online curriculum training, will ensure you’re fully equipped to deliver an exceptional and unforgettable experience for every student you teach!

- Ability to drive: A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle are essential, as driving to different class locations is a requirement.
-A working smartphone: As a mobile instructor, you will need to be able to access your schedule and applications required for teaching via your mobile device. It is essential that your mobile phone is capable of seamlessly installing and running key applications, including but not limited to Gmail, Google Classroom, Google Calendar, and our timekeeping application.
- Minimum age of 18 with a clean record: We are committed to hiring individuals who meet our stringent standards to teach our students. State and national background checks will be conducted as part of the hiring process.

Note: This is a position with classes scheduled at various locations throughout the territory. Our schedules run Monday through Friday between the hours of 8am to 6pm. We are flexible and can work with your availability!
