What are the responsibilities and job description for the Single Family Support Team Member position at Crown Property Management?
Job Duties:
- Maintenance Support: Assist with property maintenance requests submitted by tenants, scheduling repairs, and coordinating with vendors. Ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Following up with tenant's to ensure maintenance was completed satisfactory.
- Tenant Support: Assist with responding to tenant inquiries, questions, notices, and concerns, ensuring prompt and professional communication. Provide excellent customer service, and assist tenants with any issues related to their living experience by phone, email, and online chat.
- Inspection Support: Assist in scheduling and conducting routine property inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations, assess maintenance needs, and ensure properties meet company standards.
- Leasing Support: Assist with potential tenant inquiries and approved applicants, showings of available properties, and complete pre-screening of potential tenants requesting showings.
- Displays a high level of integrity and professionalism at all times in dealing with residents, prospects, owners, vendors, employees, and outside contacts.
Requirements:
- Valid automobile insurance
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Knowledgeable of Fair Housing Laws and Regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with AppFolio Software is preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to adapt to different tasks and a willingness to learn
- Previous experience in real estate administrative roles preferred
