We are a rapidly growing organization and a top-choice carrier for customers in need of high-touch, specialized handling. Our drivers are experts in safely transporting a wide range of products, from tech and communications to healthcare and beyond.
Job Summary: In this role, you will assist our inside sales staff, manage accounts, and ensure optimal front-line customer relations. You will also coordinate all facets of customer freight shipments, from service dates to daily tracking and tracing of customer shipment activity, and manage the department's 800 line and the general mailbox.
We require someone with previous customer service experience, computer skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. A degree in a related field is preferred but not required.

Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
Starting Pay: $16.50/hour
