Crunch Fitness is Hiring a Member Services Representative Near Waco, TX
- A high-energy individual with top-notch customer service skills to serve members and guests.
- Providing exceptional member and guest experience, ensuring facility cleanliness, and achieving sales targets.
- Greeting all members & guests with a smile
- Assist with membership and retail product sales
- Promote membership privileges including tanning, group fitness, small group training and childcare
- Check in all members and guests in accordance with company procedures
- Answers phones in a courteous, helpful, professional manner
- Facilitates all member requests or forwards to a manager
- Maintains a professional and courteous disposition
- Knows club facility, services, and schedules
- Maintains a clean and organized work area
- Performs opening and closing duties
- You are professional and courteous
- Strives to execute at a level to exceed performance expectations
- Superior communicator who energizes others
- Proficient reading and writing skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Demonstrates knowledge of the Crunch brand and offerings
- Maintains friendly and helpful attitude to all club staff, members, and guests
- Business experience in a service-oriented environment is desirable
- On the job training is provided
- CPR/AED certified or can complete within 30 days from hire
- On the job training
- Hourly rate $10 - $12/hour
- Part-time and full-time positions are available
- Full time employees are eligible for health benefits plan
