Sales Lead Responsibilities:
- Greet all members & guests with a smile and wish them well as they exit the club
- Answer phones in courteous, helpful, professional manner
- Lead the Membership team in driving new members into the gym to attain monthly targets
- Understand and follow all policies, procedures and standards including club tours and telephone inquiries
- Lead the Membership team in setting up all new members with a Crunch One Kick Off
- Maintain an atmosphere that makes all co-workers, members, and guests feel welcomed
- Possess an enthusiastic, passionate, outgoing, friendly and ambitious personality
- Maintain professional disposition at all time
- Create and execute a monthly outreach plan for the membership team
- Assist in retail, childcare, etc. desks/areas as needed
- Facilitate payment of member services in accordance with company procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist in all projects as delegated by club management
- Follow all policies and procedures in Employee Handbook

Qualifications:
- Fluent in English
- Prior sales experience
- Proficient reading and writing skills
- Good communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Experience in a fast-paced environment
- Multitasking skills
- High energy and patience required
- Flexible work schedule including weekend availability
