Ready to elevate your career this winter? We're looking for an experienced Shipping and Receiving Supervisor to join our River Falls team and take charge of our operations. Bring your leadership and organizational skills to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency in all shipping and receiving processes.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Supervise department personnel, ensuring safety, quality, and production goals are met.
- Train, coach, and motivate employees to perform at their best.
- Manage dock operations, including shipping, receiving, and hazardous material handling.
- Oversee equipment inspections, audits, and maintenance for forklifts, pallet jacks, and loading docks.
- Ensure all paperwork (BOLs, manifests, packing slips) is accurate and timely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe "customer-visit ready" workspace.
- Enforce policies, approve time records and schedules, and handle disciplinary actions when needed.
- Collaborate with Warehouse Scheduling, HR, and Safety to achieve department goals.
Qualifications
WHO YOU ARE
- 3-5 years of experience in shipping/receiving or dock operations (or a related degree).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams.
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational abilities.
- Knowledge of material handling equipment and tools.
- CDL preferred for occasional fill-in driving (non-hazardous).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
