Customer Service Assistant/Excel Experience a must
Cleaning Services Group, Inc., headquartered in Danvers, MA, is seeking an experienced, full-time Customer Service Assistant (Excel Experience a must, this is a high volume fast paced job) to work remotely at home in the Jacksonville NC area or surrounding towns. We are a growing, financially stable, mid-sized company looking to add a dynamic team member to work closely with our Operations and Executive team members in bringing us to the next level.

Duties and Responsibilities
· Daily reporting on Client’s audits on our performance and communicating issues to the field staff and updating action plans to report back to clients.
· Process work orders in a timely fashion, informing all necessary parties involved, updating the work order networks and templated excel spreadsheet trackers as needed.
· Take Customer calls, and other miscellaneous operations related calls from District Managers and Service Providers as needed.
· Export and maintain IVR/timeclock for management, customers and District Managers as needed.
· Document complaints, audits, & requests in central database and follow up for action plans as needed.
· Join internal or customer conference calls when requested by management.
· Maintain weekly calendars and spreadsheet trackers for annual wet work service.
· Process Service Provider payables for extra work in excel formulated templates.
· Submit any billing related information for extra work to the accounting department weekly.
· Maintain HubSpot database of any changes to accounts.
· Monitor incoming emails while completing daily tasks and respond to emails in order of importance.
· Draft any letters or announcements to Service Providers as directed.
· Any misc. projects as required.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
· 1 year of experience in Operations Support/Customer Service
· Experience with HubSpot a plus.
· Excel, Word, and Outlook proficiency a must (intermediate level)
· Highly organized and able to multitask as this is a fast-paced job.
Pay: $19/hr to $21/hr based on experience
