Job Overview
To lead and direct production and maintenance functions for the respective location, while supporting and adhering to the efforts of safety, food safety, supply chain, human resources, and commercialization, in order to meet location’s business objectives as established by the Senior Leadership Team.

What we need from you:
- Minimum of 10 years of operations management experience, food manufacturing preferred.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Food Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Ability to apply understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.
- Track record of strong performance as a senior operations manager with demonstrated operations and management talent and a desire to participate in a team environment.
- Demonstrated experience in organizational and process improvement, ideally with using Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma concepts.
- Long term and short-term planning skills.
- Budget development and presentation skills.
- Ability to effectively analyze and evaluate new equipment and new processes and assign a value for reduced labor, yield improvement, or quality improvement.
- Negotiating strategy and skills, for dealing with vendors, union, or government personnel.
- Must be able to adapt to and become an advocate of the company mission and vision statements.
- Team member who will quickly earn and maintain the personal and professional respect of people inside and outside the Company.
- Articulate and effective communicator with the ability to influence others through the employment of sound judgment.
- Maintains professional demeanor, high standards of integrity, honesty, loyalty, and ethical values.
