What are the responsibilities and job description for the Recycle Warehouse Operator position at Culp?
Position Summary : The Recycle / Warehouse Operator is primarily responsible for loading and unloading of materials related to Knits and Recycling Operations.
Position Responsibilities :
- Loading and unloading all yarns (Weaving and Knitting).
- Loading and unloading of all beams for Weaving.
- Supply all yarns for Knitting machines.
- Handle all recycling procedures.
- Assist in cleaning and stripping the production yarn that is dirty or defective so it can be put back in production.
- Assist with monthly physical yarn inventory.
- Responsible for all labeling and FIFO (First In / First Out) on all yarns.
- Follow all safety procedures / policies and advise management of any unsafe conditions.
- Keep work area neat and clean.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
