Responsibilities:
- Greet customers promptly in a friendly manner
- Obtain customer and vehicle information
- Provide excellent customer service
- Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
- Establish follow-up time
- Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and update customers frequently
- Verifies the final invoice reconciles with work performed on the repair order
- Explain all completed work and charges to customers
Required:
- Two years experience as a Service Advisor
- Possesses strong customer relations skills
- Proficient at identifying and relating to the customer inquiry
- Above average energy level
- A desire for a long-term career with a growing organization
- Personal and professional integrity
- Reynolds and Reynolds experience a plus
- Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $120,000-$160,000 year
Schedule:
