Cumberland Title is seeking an individual with superb people and social skills to join our team to conduct real estate closings and provide general support to the processing and title department. Job Description

• Conduct real estate closings.
• Notarize documents
• Explain closing documentation
• Prepare closing packages
• Assist with post-closing and disbursing closing packages
• Assist the processing and title department with all aspects of title and transaction logistics

Qualifications and Requirements

• Prior experience with title company, real estate, and mortgage lending welcomed but not required.
• Superb people and social skills to interact with new people face to face
• Customer service driven with positive attitude
• Strong professional communication skills to represent the company in a professional, friendly and approachable manner.
• Empathy and Emotional Intelligence: able to read the room and adapt communication to diverse personalities and situations.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Notary public certification

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range from $55,000-$70,000 plus based on experience.
