Duties
- Manage incoming calls using phone systems, directing calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Assist with office management tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Provide support to the office manager as needed.
