Job Title Operations Manager Job Description Summary The Operations Manager will join a growing Multifamily platform and support the Capital Markets service line. This role will support core business platforms and processes through Operations support, KPI tracking/dashboards related to recruiting/growth initiates in recruiting & retention, deal management training and change management / communication efforts. Specific activities will include content development, design and delivery, data analysis, and insight discovery used to drive continuous improvement. This person will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, and completion of specific projects/work requests ensuring consistency with company goals. This role will oversee vendor and budget management related to the JV and work in close partnership with members of the Finance, IT, Global Marketing, Communication and Research function. Job Description Responsibilities: Support new and on-going initiatives, rollouts, enhancements, and other service line programs Develop customized reports, assist with business intelligence within the Multifamily verticals/service offerings (Sales, Debt/Equity, Asset Services, V&A), data validation, dashboard queries and special user requirements, as requested by leaders Provide executive briefings on key topics, as needed Oversee all aspects of special assignments, including project objectives, priorities, and timelines Develop and deploy service line support tools to drive preferred business processes and pipeline growth Lead and own systems administrator responsibilities for team systems, including user access, support, data governance and training Act as a resource for new hires, providing access to tools and systems to enhance partnership across Cushman & Wakefield and with Greystone colleagues Using the Change Management Center of Excellence’s existing tools / templates, develop roadmap aligning communication, training, and leadership alignment activities for large projects Ensure tactics support moving people through all phases of the change curve Draft and deliver communication and training materials; collect content, coordinate reviews, make revisions, and secure approvals; partner with stakeholders across the business to distribute / deliver materials. Examples include: 1) ‘Multifamily Monthly’ – monthly client communication to 25,000 recipients (~48% open rate); 2) Weekly Multifamily Capital Markets Update – internal comm to ~1,800 Multifamily professionals across all service lines, including Greystone (~61% open rate); 3) Engage Reporting / Deal Desk Training to improve data capture & process specific to the JV; 4) Ownership over the development and maintenance of a Multifamily Sharepoint site for all Capital Markets teams / broker coordinators 5) Maintain & Enhance Change Management Activities & Reporting (Workday data cleansing to assist with understanding who is on the MF team); 6) ASCENT support for continued maintenance (ASCENT’s Project Manager is leaving Jan 1) Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 5 years of administrative support experience Experience within the real estate industry, Multifamily experience preferred Exposure to project and process management Proven ability in conflict resolution Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills Knowledge of Salesforce, Workday and budgeting software Ability to plan, organize, and manage processes Ability to read, comprehend, and analyze P&L statements Cushman & Wakefield provides equal employment opportunity.
