About the Role:
We are seeking experienced, motivated and hardworking in-home sales representatives in the Charlotte, NC | Raleigh, NC | Nashville, TN | Houston, TX areas. You’ll be at the forefront of helping homeowners achieve their dream bathrooms. Using your expertise in in-home sales, you’ll build relationships with clients, present solutions, and close sales with confidence.
What We Offer:
- Compensation: Commission-only pay structure with uncapped earnings monthly and year-end bonuses.
- Yearly Earning Potential: $80,000 – $150,000.
- Long-term Potential: $100,000 – $175,000.
- Leads Provided: Company-issued leads through various trusted sources, 6-8 Pre-Set
- Flexible Schedule: Manage your workdays with non-traditional hours.
- Weekly Pay: Enjoy consistent earnings.
- Gas Allowance: Weekly
- Onboarding Training: Three days of compensated onboarding to set you up for success.
Responsibilities:
- Run pre-scheduled company appointments with homeowners.
- Build trust, establish rapport, and create value with clients.
- Present bids, explain pricing, and utilize a one-call-close methodology.
- Attend local home shows during the season to network and drive sales.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: REQUIRED: Minimum of 3 years in in-home sales, specifically in residential remodeling (bathrooms, roofing, siding, windows, walk-in tubs, etc.).
- Skills: Exceptional oral communication, strong people skills, and the ability to establish rapport quickly.
- Character: Ex-military and ex-athletes are encouraged to apply.
- Requirements:
-Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
-Laptop computer for work.
-Availability to pass a background check.
-Must reside within the 4 metro city areas.
