Summary/Objective:
The Trinium Application Support Analyst is a key resource responsible for the day-to-day support, optimization, and enhancement of the Trinium Transportation Management System (TMS) and its related applications. This role ensures the platform operates seamlessly to support critical business processes in transportation, logistics, and supply chain management. Acting as the first line of support, the analyst will troubleshoot user issues, resolve system errors, and collaborate with vendors or internal IT teams to address more complex problems.
The analyst will oversee system configurations, updates, and process improvements to align the Trinium application with business needs. They will work closely with operations teams to identify areas for improvement, streamline workflows, and leverage Trinium's full capabilities to improve efficiency and accuracy across the organization.
A critical part of the role includes providing end-user training and support to ensure effective utilization of the system. The analyst will also create user guides, documentation, and reporting tools to empower teams to use the system efficiently. Additionally, the role involves assisting with implementing system upgrades, performing quality assurance testing, and supporting integration efforts with other enterprise systems.

Application Support and Troubleshooting
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for the Trinium application, identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving technical and functional issues.
- Respond to user inquiries via tickets, email, or phone, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution.
- Collaborate with internal IT teams and vendors to escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Monitor system performance, identify recurring issues, and implement proactive solutions to prevent downtime.

System Configuration and Optimization
- Perform system configurations and updates within Trinium TMS to align with business requirements.
- Complete data integration with customers systems (EDI Infrastructure).
- Assist in implementing new modules, workflows, and features to improve system functionality.
- Analyze and optimize application processes to enhance system efficiency and user productivity.

User Training and Documentation
- Provide training to end-users on system functionality, processes, and new features.
- Create and maintain user manuals, training guides, and FAQs for system operations and troubleshooting.
- Support users with best practices to ensure effective use of the Trinium application.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for system improvements and new functionality.
- Test system patches, updates, and enhancements to ensure stability and performance before deployment.

- Assist in managing data integrity, including importing/exporting data and performing data clean-ups when needed.

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Systems, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 2-4 years of experience providing application support, preferably for Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
- Experience with Trinium TMS or similar logistics and supply chain software is highly desirable.
- Proficiency with troubleshooting application issues, system configuration, and user support.
- Strong understanding of business processes in transportation, logistics, and supply chain management is a plus
- Knowledge of SQL for data querying and report generation is a plus
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support end-users effectively.
