About the position :
The Licensed Vocational Nurse is responsible for providing direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse. Responsibilities include following the plan of care, providing treatments, and working collaboratively with the members of the team to help meet positive patient care outcomes. A licensed vocational nurse shall perform duties consistent with the Vocational Nursing Practice Act. A licensed vocational nurse shall meet qualifications established by the home health agency for the services provided and any additional qualifications required by home health agency licensure regulations.
Schedule : Part Time - 24 RVEs p / week (benefited). 18 RVEs p / week or Per Diem (6 visits per week)
- Non-traditional schedules are available, i.e., Thursday-Monday
Locations : Area #11 covering the city of Santa Clara, Sunnyvale, Cupertino, Milpitas, Mt. View, Campbell, Los Altos, Saratoga, Los Gatos and Secondary Area #12 covering the cities of San Jose
Minimum Required Qualifications :
This is NOT a remote position
