Infra Service Delivery Manager

Role: Infra Service Delivery manager

Location: Chicago, IL (Remote, Work form office 2-4 days in a month)

Duration: 12 Months Contract

Pay Rate: $70/Hr

Job description

• Responsible for end to end delivery of infra services in efficient and timely manner for team working in 24x7 basis.
• Lead 50 technical members at offshore & Onsite
• Understand the technology and enterprise infrastructure in- Network, Servers, security, EUC, ServiceDesk, Cloud, etc
• Should be able to lead and drive the technical team. Should be able have face to face session, meetings with customer.
• Work as single point of contact for customer and front-end delivery
• Manage cost, and focus on improving revenue and Gross margin.
• Minimum of 10 Years’ experience in Technical Projects Management related activities. And other criteria include
• Sound foundational knowledge of IT infrastructure and architecture

Job Type: Contract

Pay: Up to $70.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
