Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement demand planning strategies to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to gather insights and forecast demand accurately.
- Analyze historical sales data and market trends to create demand forecasts.
- Monitor inventory levels and adjust forecasts based on changes in demand or supply chain disruptions.
- Prepare and present demand reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- NetSuite experience (preferred)
- Proven experience in demand planning and management within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
