Key Responsibilities
- Assist attorneys in drafting and filing patent applications
- Conduct research on patent laws and regulations
- Prepare legal documents and correspondence related to patent prosecution
- Manage foreign filing processes for patents
- Organize and maintain patent files and records
- Communicate with clients and patent offices regarding application status
- Support the legal team in various administrative tasks as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Paralegal, with a focus on intellectual property law
- Strong understanding of patent law and prosecution processes
- Experience with foreign filing of patents
- Excellent drafting and research skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
