Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee engineering projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and clients to ensure project specifications are met.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including change orders, RFIs, and subcontractor agreements.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and compliance with safety regulations.
- Assist in budget modifications and financial tracking of projects.
- Support the Assistant Project Manager in daily project operations and reporting.
- Proven experience as a Project Engineer in construction or healthcare projects.
- Strong understanding of project documentation, change orders, and RFIs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
