Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the R&D team in the development of innovative food processing solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify new product opportunities and trends.
- Oversee the formulation and testing of new food products, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and production, to support product launches.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of products in the market, making recommendations for improvements.
- Develop and implement R&D strategies aligned with company goals and objectives.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in food science and processing technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 5 years of experience in R&D within the food processing industry.
- Proven experience in managing teams and projects effectively.
- Strong knowledge of food processing techniques and regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
