Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to maintain effective communication and project progress.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Provide leadership and direction to on-site teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, schedules, and budgets.
- Identify and resolve any issues that arise during the construction process promptly.
- Ensure that all roofing operations comply with industry standards and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a superintendent in the construction industry, preferably with roofing experience.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to travel frequently to various job sites.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
