Job Title: L1 Logistics Representative (Repair/Loaner)
Location: Onsite (SSF)
Summary:
We are looking to hire a skilled/flexible L1 Technical Logistics Representative to support our
Logistics. In this role you will manage the ServiceNow ticket queue for internal back office
repairs. Additionally, you will facilitate the locker loaner process by restaging and redeploying
loaner systems, while recertifying reclaimed systems for loaner use. The main responsibilities are to create and assign ServiceNow repair tickets to a group of hardware repair technicians, by
creating work orders in a proprietary ticketing software- as well as creating and restaging loaner
systems. You will also work extensively with the Logistics team to process reclaimed and
offboarded equipment received through drop offs and incoming mail. This self-motivated
candidate will follow defined account or departmental policies and procedures, work on routine
assignments, and raise issues to management when necessary.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Create, assign, and track the repair of internally reclaimed systems through a proprietary
ticketing software (Opus) as well as ServiceNow
Recertify, restage, and redeploy Mac systems for loaner use
Coordinate with the Hardware Repair Team to facilitate the repair and loaner processes
Update and manage bookings for Loaner Locker reservations within an inventory
management system (DSMT)
Interact with end users regarding the status of their loaner systems
Work with the Logistics team to process intake of reclaimed systems for reuse, recycle,
or resale, using the same ticketing systems and inventory management system
Maintain clear organization of back office inventory cabinets
Assist the Logistics team with the daily shipping and receiving boxes of reclaimed
equipment
Provide regular feedback consistent with the needs of the team and environment for
ongoing improvements.
Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned.
Maintain professionalism and appearance at all times.
Education/Experience:
1 year Customer Service experience.
Experience working directly with customers is a must.
Any Technical ability is a plus but not necessary.
Able to multitask and prioritize multiple tasks/activities.
Good interpersonal skills and organizational skills.
Google Suite (sheets/docs/slides/chat/calendar) is a must.
Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand, walk, sit, and reach with hands and arms. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. The employee must be able to lift up to 50lbs to occasionally move heavy boxes and/or computer hardware.
Salary : $20 - $25
