D&B Construction Group is looking for an Assistant Project Manager to join our team! An Assistant Project Manager will help plan and supervise a wide range of construction projects from start to finish. The person in this role will assist with organization and oversee construction procedures to ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner. The Assistant Project Manager ensures that all projects are delivered on time according to requirements and within budget. This position will be based out of our Wyomissing, PA office but will split time between the office and the project sites.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in overseeing and directing construction projects from conception to completion
- Assist in reviewing the project in-depth to schedule deliverables
- Assist in overseeing all construction to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations
- Assist in meeting contractual conditions of performance
- Review the work progress on daily basis
- Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status
- Assist in planning and problem solving
- Negotiate terms of agreements, and obtain permits and licenses
- Analyze, manage and mitigate risks
- Ensure quality construction standards and the use of property construction techniques
Requirements:
- HS diploma or GED
- 3 years’ experience in construction
- Proficiency with Microsoft office
- Ability to read blueprints
- Experience with RFIs and submittals
- Ability to travel to job sites as needed
Preferred:
- BS degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field
- Experience in management in the construction industry
- Project management software experience (ex. Procore)
