As an Accounting Team Member, you are going to have the exciting opportunity to performs various accounting functions related to management of the rental properties in our management portfolio.
Accounting Team Members assist in carrying out the philosophies, goals, policies, and procedures of D.W. Jones Management. This includes complying with Fair Housing and Housing Program requirements and regulations. Experience in housing is not required.
Duties for the position include:
- Preparation of financial statements
- General ledger entries
- Preparation of budgets
- Preparing checks
- Preparing deposit slips
- Reconciling bank Statements
Skills this position requires include:

· Ability to adapt, learn and take directions
· Ability to multitask and prioritize
