Da/Pro seeks a talented individual to join our team as a Process Technician. Our processes include compression molding, transfer molding, injection molding, automated inspection, leak testing, cryogenic de-flashing, and various other processes. This key role will further our capabilities in meeting customers’ needs.

Salary is negotiable based on experience.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage projects and support production to meet goals set by customers and executive leadership.
• First Article Production and Documentation
• Troubleshooting and improving manufacturing processes 
• Corrective and Preventive Actions to improve quality and efficiency
• Lean manufacturing implementation, support, and planning
• Quality support, including verification of process changes and validations
• Aid engineering in the design/build of fixtures and equipment

Position Requirements

• Technically oriented, hands-on problem solver
• The ability to work in a team
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Understanding of drafting and documentation standards
• Precision machine shop experience preferred (working in tolerances of /- 0.001” or tighter)
• Three years of Compression and Transfer mold processing or Thermoset Injection mold processing is preferred but not required.
