Junior Associate Consultant (JAC) Overview and Responsibilities
The Junior Associate Consultant will support the MBUSA Human Resources People Partner team in the development and fine-tuning of HR policies and guidelines that impact HR policy compliance, employee relations, organizational design, and the employee experience. The JAC will gain exposure to a broad range of HR functions, working closely with the People Partners to ensure seamless implementation of HR strategies that align with company and department goals.
Primary responsibilities of JAC :
- Policy and Document Management :
Assist in the preparation, revision, and maintenance of key HR policy documents, including the Employee Handbook, policies, guidelines, and templates.
Contribute to significant HR initiatives across various functional areas, including Operations, Talent Development & Acquisition, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI), Agile, and the CHRO Office.
Process system updates, including status changes related to intern, junior associate consultant, and contractor employment classifications.
