What You'll Be Doing – The Role
- Understand corporate IT policy and IT strategy.
- Work closely with IT Manager and Field Administrators.
- Facilitate communication between users and IT vendors.
- Gather business requirements from key users and convey requirements to vendor.
- Monitor progress of requests to vendors.
- Participate in periodical progress meetings with vendors.
- Monitor network performance and maintain network security.
- Monitor system performance and system security logs.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware (including laptops, handhelds, etc.)
- Install, configure, and maintain applications (Prism, AccountMate, Kintone, WordPress).
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues reported by users.
- Manage user accounts, access rights, and security settings.
- Install, configure, and ensure the availability of network resources and services.
- Install and configure network hardware, such as routers and switches.
- Train users on new hardware and software.
- Work with vendors to resolve technical issues.

What you’ll bring – The Person:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience working in IT field.
- Proficiency in Windows 10 and RedHat Linux operating systems.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Acure and Microsoft 365
- Knowledge of network protocols, such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
- CompTIA Security is a plus.
- CompTIA Network is a plus. Cisco CCNA is preferred.
- CompTIA Linux is a plus.
- Experience with network hardware, such as routers and switches.
- Require at least 2 years of experience with Microsoft SSRS development.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
