Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Server to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless dining experience by attending to our customers' needs, handling orders, and maintaining a clean and sanitized environment.
Duties:
- Greet and serve guests in a friendly and attentive manner, ensuring they feel welcome and valued throughout their meal.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, utilizing technology such as OpenTable to manage reservations and tables.
- Provide guests with menu recommendations, including upselling and suggesting specials or promotions.
- Manage cash register transactions, process payments, and handle cash and credit transactions.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized environment, adhering to food safety standards to ensure a healthy dining experience for our guests.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
- Anticipate guests' needs and respond promptly to requests.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of restaurant operations, including knowledge of menu items and preparation methods.
- Work effectively in a dynamic team environment, supporting fellow servers and contributing to a positive and efficient dining experience.
