Current Open Position:

Danella Power Services, has an excellent opportunity for a Safety Coordinator based in Plymouth Meeting, PA. This position is a key role, with requirements for hands-on-field participation.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Be a member of our safety program
• Conduct training classes
• Conducto on-boarding of new hire employees
• Conduct work site observations ( Travel in PA, NY, VA, MD, DE )
• Recordkeeping and tracking to support the Division 
• Support accident / incident investigation, Root-Cause Analysis

Skill Requirements:

• Experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel
• Proficiency in written and verbal business communication skills
• Familiar with Human Performance / Behavior Based Safety
• Knowledge of OSHA Construction Standards, Utility Regulations, Overhead & Underground Electrical Distribution installation, is preferred.

• Day Shift
• Monday to Friday
• On Call
• Weekend Availability

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of utility construction safety management experience, is preferred
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30, is preferred
• Undergraduate degree, or equivalent, in Occupational Safety and Health, is preferred 
• Highschool diploma or GED is required
