Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
· Call doctor offices for questions or concerns pertaining to cases
· Invoice completed cases using Magic Touch software program
· Sanitize incoming cases
· Accurately enter sanitized cases into Magic Touch and assign correct product/s by consulting with the provided lab slip
· Answer incoming phone calls and troubleshoot Dr./office staff concerns or questions
· Package finished cases and prepare for delivery
· Ability to accomplish/complete a task while demonstrating a thorough concern for all the areas involved, no matter how small
· Keep materials such as bubble wrap, boxes, paper, etc... stocked

Education and/or Experience:
One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
