Daniel Realty Company has an immediate position available for a Leasing Agent to work at our recently developed mid-rise urban luxury apartment community, The Palmer Parkside, in the Railroad Park community of Birmingham, Alabama.
The successful candidate will be a professional with excellent communication and negotiation skills. Must be able to comprehend and complete legal documents in addition to marketing and explaining apartment features and answer questions pertaining to the property’s operations.
Proficiency in internet, property management software systems, Microsoft Office, social media avenues for advertising and strong customer service skills.
A minimum of one year prior Property Management experience along with prior leasing/marketing experience is preferred. Must be able to work weekdays and alternate weekends as well as holidays as needed.
