Dantech Corporation has an exciting opportunity for a Technical Recruiter to source, recruit, and interview candidates for internal and external projects. The Technical Recruiter will be a member of our Staffing Team and source quality technical talent for our clients and internal projects. The Technical Recruiter will grow a pool of talent from which to screen and to interview candidates by analyzing various sources. You must be driven, friendly, a highly effective communicator, and a tactful negotiator to sustain a qualified pool of talent.

The ideal candidate is a "people person", consummate salesperson, great listener, and highly motivated individual while being eager to learn more about IT and continuously improving strategies on how to source the right candidates. For this role, you should be able to work efficiently and be obsessed with high quality results that meet timeframes. You will be trained and tasked to create various plans, spreadsheets, status reports, and other documents as necessary.

Required Skills/Years of Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree or 6 years of professional experience
• 6 years of excellent verbal and written communication skills
• 4 years of word processing software (MS Word or Google Docs)
• 4 years of spreadsheet software (MS Excel or Google Sheets)
• 4 years of excellent phone and/or customer service skills
• 2 years of excellent time management
• 2 years of working within a team
• 2 years of using social sites to connect with people
• 2 years of technology recruiting experience
• 1 years of LinkedIn Recruiter
• 1 years of sourcing through research and analysis

Desired Skills/Years of Experience

• Recruiting Certification
• AWS Cloud Practitioner
• 1 years of sales experience

Responsibilities

The Technical Recruiter will be expected to:

• Become a highly valued, contributing member of the Dantech Team
• Be courteous, kind, constructive, eager to learn, reliable, and professional at all times
• Adhere to all Dantech policies and protocols
• Develop a strong rapport with all levels of client organizations, internal associates and management.
• Learn quickly and document/update documentation accordingly
• Complete assigned AWS and other technical training, as assigned, within requested timeframes
• Obtain technical accreditations and certifications, as assigned, within requested timeframes
• Strategically plan and execute impactful sourcing campaigns that deliver results
• Prioritize tasks to meet individual and business goals
• Author, send, and answer professional emails
• Participate in Dantech events that drive awareness of the brand to encourage prospective team members
• Create and promote a positive candidate experience
• Work well in a team-based environment under minimal supervision
• Excel at sourcing candidates from various sources
• Find, engage, activate, and excite passive candidates
• Develop and maintain a reliable, well documented talent pool
• Screen and qualify passive candidates for experience competencies, culture attributes and core values
• Thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
• Imbue a competitive drive and strong work ethic
• Continuously seek leading industry recruitment and sourcing best practices
• Answer Dantech phones (as necessary)
