If you have at least 2 years of commercial driving experience, a valid CDL A license, and can drive a manual transmission , we want to hear from you! Tanker endorsement is also required, if you don’t currently have your endorsement, you will need to obtain it by your start date.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS FOR A ROUTE DRIVER

• Valid Class A CDL license
• At least 2 years of commercial driving experience
• Able to drive manual transmission
• At least 21 years of age
• Tanker endorsement required by start date

In addition, you need the following :

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to climb and work at heights of 20 feet with proper PPE
• Excellent customer service skills

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A ROUTE TRACTOR TRAILER DRIVER

As a Route Tractor Trailer Driver, you are responsible for transporting raw material from assigned customer stops to assigned destinations using heavy or tractor-trailer trucks.

You manage your route with an onboard computer (OBC) and also keep an up-to-date backup paper log for compliance purposes, when needed.

Taking responsibility for your truck, you keep it clean and complete a pre and post trip vehicle inspection as required by DOT regulations and Company policy.
