Our Dassault Systemes R&D Robotics Applications Development team is excited to announce we have a hybrid internship opportunity available in our Royal Oak, MI office!
The R&D Robotics Applications Development team at Dassault Systemes is responsible for developing applications used for simulation of industrial robots.
- Work with developers to create and implement new programming interfaces for our partners and customers to customize and access our robotics application components.
- Write components and scripts for automated testing.
- Enhance EKL (Enterprise Knowledge Language), Visual Basic Scripts and C libraries for Robotics Simulation Applications by creating new programming interfaces and write scripts to validate them
- Perform software performance tests, debug and deliver solution to improve the performance
- Collaborate with Development Engineers to achieve the objectives and team goals
- Present your work to the team, demonstrating your contribution to the success of the team.
* Experience in 3D CAD software.
* Strong functional use of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint
* Ability and willingness to self-teach new and advance software functions; coaching and instruction will be provided, but we want someone who goes after knowledge
* Actively enrolled in a Bachelor's, Master's degree within Engineering or Computer Science
* Minimum cumulative GPA 3.0
* Well-developed coding skills in C
* Positive, self-motivated individual with high level of enthusiasm and willingness to learn and incorporate coaching and instructions into daily tasks and assignments
* Highly organized with critical attention to details

Compensation for the role will be commensurate with experience. The total expected compensation range will be between $20 - $40 per hour.
