In this role, you’ll be a key contributor at our Lenexa Remote Site, ensuring the efficient processing of critical banking operations. Your work will directly support our mission of empowering community banks with seamless and reliable processing services, enabling them to thrive in today’s competitive market.
The hours for this position are 4-8 pm CST Monday-Friday. This position is located in the Lenexa, KS data processing center.
What You'll Do
Key responsibilities include:
- Process and balance individual bank customer transaction items from image capture to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Prepare and transmit outgoing cash letter files while verifying their acceptance from correspondent institutions.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, ensuring timely and satisfactory issue resolution.
- Import, create, and balance Proof of Deposit (POD) runs, verifying that all debits and credits align.
- Build and archive bank statements, as well as create Electronic Image Processing (EIP) files.
- Prepare nightly production and balancing reports, ensuring accuracy for bank image production volumes.
- Maintain and adhere to processing schedules while providing backup support for other team members as needed.

- Introductory knowledge of financial data processing, balancing, and bank bookkeeping.
