Essential Functions
We are currently looking to hire Field Installers for projects throughout the United States. This role requires extensive TRAVEL, which is paid for by DAVACO, Inc. As a member of the DAVACO team your job will encompass different levels of responsibility that require professionalism and confidentiality. Below is a partial list of responsibilities.
Job Attributes and Skills
- Must be presentable with a clean-cut appearance.
- Daily communication to project managers/ supervisors/ field manager.
- Have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
- Ability to work alongside coworkers / Take direction.
- Must be able to stay on scheduled timelines.
- Must have millwork and store fixture installation skills.
- Have prior experience with basic tools (screwdriver, hammer, pliers, etc.)
- Have good communication and organizational skills.
- Be technologically savvy – Smart phone, texting, and email.
- The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- The ability to prioritize work, maintain a positive attitude and composure in stressful situations.
- Overseeing training of new crew members.
- Ability to lead by example.
- Can manage the largest scope fixture installation projects. Run a crew with 1 - 2 workers.
- Have the skill sets to perform at the highest quality level at least 3 of the components below:

o Cabinet installation and modification
o Casework installation
o Drywall installation
o Paint
o Some flooring; carpet squares, VCT
o Digital board installation; kiosks, menu boards, POS
o Lay-outs
o Store fixture installation
