Job Summary:
The Quality Assurance Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to homeowners, builders, and our internal QA Technicians and team. This position requires a high level of organization and attention to detail to ensure all critical steps are completed, workload is balanced, and priorities are set and completed in an appropriate timeframe and manner.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to Project Managers, homeowners, builders, and property owners to assess the need for QA service calls.
- Communicate customer needs and details to Service Technicians for efficient service delivery.
- Order and stage materials for work to be performed, ensuring readiness for QA Technicians.
- Close out work orders upon completion and inform all parties of the work's status.
- Track and record warranty data from completed work orders.
- Generate monthly summaries from work order data and submit reports to the department.
- Participate in the on-call rotation to provide afterhours support during emergencies.
Licensing and Experience:
- Valid Driver’s License
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Customer service experience and knowledge of mechanical parts preferred, but not required; strong computer skills (MS Office Suite) and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, excellent communication skills, and a self-motivated team player with a desire to learn.
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday
- 7am-3:30pm
- On Call Rotation
