Davies Molding is Hiring a Production Control Coordinator Near Carol Stream, IL
Job Summary
We are looking for a qualified Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will assist the Production Manager in the creation and editing of our production schedule. You will also have light order entry responsibilities. Additionally, you will work with our: Quality Control, Engineering, and Sales departments, to ensure that the needs of our customers can be met. Overall, you will be actively involved in improving the efficiency and accuracy of our planning.
Primary Responsibilities
- Assist with orders in the MRP system.
- Assist in managing production schedules and order entries
- Create production reports to track different metrics
- Collaborate with different departments to keep track of production goals
- Organize Certificate of Compliance requests
- Welcome on-site visitors and determine the nature of their business and direct visitors to appropriate employees or department
- Backup to the shipping coordinator when needed
- Other duties as assigned
Experience and Skills
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Experience with ERP and Infor systems preferred
- Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office Package
- Knowledge of general office practices and procedures
- Good written and verbal communication
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage time and consistently meet deadlines
- Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
Education
- High school degree or equivalent

- Monday to Friday
- 1st Shift – Full Time
