Qualifications and responsibilities for this Land Surveyor position include:
- Minimum of 5 years of land surveying experience (10 years preferred).
- Strong background in construction stakeout computations.
- Proficiency in surveying software such as AutoCAD or Civil 3D.
- Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and field survey teams to ensure accurate and timely project delivery.
- Prepare, analyze, and ensure the accuracy of survey data and reports.
- Shadow and transition into the role of a retiring team member.
- PLS license preferred but not required.
Salary: $70,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
