Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the hotel, ensuring high standards of guest service are met.
• Oversee staff performance, providing training and support to enhance team effectiveness.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve conflicts in a professional manner.
• Implement upselling strategies to maximize revenue opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and hotel policies.
• Coordinate property maintenance activities to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
• Utilize Yardi software for property management tasks as needed.
• Collaborate with sales teams to promote hotel services and increase occupancy rates.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hotel management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Excellent conflict management abilities to handle guest issues effectively.
• Familiarity with property maintenance practices and procedures.
• Experience using Yardi or similar property management software is preferred.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations is beneficial but not required.
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members across departments.

• Every weekend
• Monday to Friday
• Rotating weekends
