Essential Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the production team to develop, plan, and produce high-quality episodes for the Rebecca Weiss Podcast.
- Support the Senior Producer in all stages of production, from concept development to final edits.
- Edit video files using Adobe Premiere Pro and other industry-standard software.
- Manage projects through pre-production, tapings, and post-production processes.
- Assist by writing scripts, drafting emails, and coordinating communications for assigned podcast projects.
- Adapt to evolving production needs and workflows in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Proficiency in computer skills and a thorough understanding of podcast production.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to consistently meet deadlines.
- Passionate about communicating the gospel and sharing impactful messages globally.
- Must be a dedicated follower of Jesus Christ with a commitment to joining a ministry-focused team.
- Other tasks as required.
- Minimum of five years' experience in podcast or broadcast production.
- Skills such as scriptwriting, audio editing, or sound engineering are highly preferred.
- Ability to sit or stand as needed at a workstation for extended periods.
- Normal range of hearing and vision required.
- Availability for assigned shifts and extended hours during special events.
