Production Artist - Pressed Flower Art Division
DBANDREA (Rowlett, TX)
Rapidly growing business looking for a Production Artist to support the Lead Designer in creating art pieces using mixed media, mostly flowers. Must demonstrate a passion for design, color and concepts. Your day will be filled with a variety of interesting responsibilities in a pleasant work environment. A love of flowers is an absolute must. The ability to multi-task, be a self- starter and a team player are all required. You will be a vital member of our team collaborating with the lead designer and coordinating with other team members as well in creating heartfelt memories in art.
Job Requirements:

- Have an eye for color combinations and placement

- Ability to multi-task and work on different projects simultaneously

Job Summary:
- Training will be provided by one of our artists
- Support and collaborate with other artists on projects
- Communicate openly with team leader concerning status of projects
- Work independently after initial training
- Provide support in different stages of project production while collaborating with other team members
- In completed works with a strong desire for customer satisfaction
- This is full time position.
- Work hours 8:30am-5:30pm Monday – Friday.
- Job Type: Full-time
- $16.00/hr for two-month training.
- After_ training, you_will be paid by the piece, the equivalent of $22/hr (or more!) and benefits (Health, Vision & Dental) after the first two months.
- Must stay within the company for 2 years after training*
- Must sign an NDA/Non-Compete*
