We are searching for a friendly, service-oriented individual to join our high-end laboratory. We have an immediate opportunity for a customer service rockstar with a positive attitude, enthusiasm for teamwork and eagerness to grow/evolve with our company. Must be able to communicate with great oral and written skills. We are willing to train anyone with the motivation to learn!
Computer & typing skills are required - minimum of 40 wpm.

Objective
- To provide clients with excellent customer service at all times; and provide DCS with coordination and scheduling of all incoming lab cases.
- To always project a professional and courteous image for DCS.
Duties & Responsibilities may include:
- Telephone and Communications
- Data Entry
- Scheduling
- Billing
- Customer Service
- Shipping
- File Maintenance
Dental experience is preferred but not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
