Job Overview
Overseeing day to day operations of Pre-testing, Same Day Surgery, and PACU as well as the Operating Room. Conducting evaluations for employees, jumping into staffing as needed to help with staffing. Overseeing process improvements in the departments. Increasing employee satisfaction by being able to do employee rounding. Overseeing the improvement of patient satisfaction and other quality measures the department hands. Being a resource for ACHC and state surveys. Overseeing the staffing schedule and vacation schedule. Keeping policies and procedures up to date. Assisting with timekeeping as well and all other assigned duties.
