What We're Seeking:

We are on the lookout to add more talent to our growing team with a primary focus on the importance of empathy, patience, and adaptability when working with children and diverse groups. If you're an experienced photographer adept at school photography or have honed your skills in volume photography, specializing in sports leagues and action shots, we want you!

Just starting on your path as a photographer? Great! We can help you build personally and professionally by offering top level training in many aspects of photography. As part of our team, you'll have access to cutting-edge equipment, including state-of-the-art lighting products and cameras, ensuring top-notch results, and streamlined productivity. Your Role:

Join us in creating unforgettable moments onsite at schools, including portrait sessions and capturing dynamic sports events such as Football, Baseball, Tennis, Volleyball, etc. As a DSP photographer, you'll master the art of lighting for portraits, groups, and various other events year-round.

We're on the lookout for individuals with:

• Expertise: Previous experience in school photography or volume photography (Preferred)
• Interpersonal Skills: An outgoing personality, adept at interacting with diverse groups, and making clients feel comfortable and valued. The ability to work well within a group as well as on your own.
• Attributes: Positive, creative, problem-solving mindset, capable of independent work, and excellent judgment.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Vaid Drivers License, Reliable transportation with insured vehicle.
• Availability: Consistent ability to work your predetermined availability.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital photography and basic computer skills.
• Commitment: Willingness to learn with an open mind for new processes.

Additional Requirements:

· Ability to travel as needed to shoot locations within our area.

· Ability to work in loud and busy environments and potentially crowded areas.

· Ability to move 30 lbs.

· Ability to work in various environments (Indoors or outdoors).

• This position requires you to provide your own transportation. Do you have the ability to get to various locations in our area (Brevard County, Indian River County, Volusia County, Orange County, Seminole County)? Do you have your own reliable vehicle?
• As a school photography company, we primarily photograph young children grades K-12. Are you good with kids and have the ability to be patient and caring for kids of all ages and special needs?
• Our company has been around for 40 years. We have processes that we know work for our situations. Do you have the ability to take instruction and follow others processes consistently?
• Because we are working with children, we take every precaution to ensure the safety of all our clients and schools. We are required to be fingerprinted and badged to have access to our schools. Can you pass a FBI background check?

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
